Story & Review

Set in Madurai, where goat fighting is not just a sport but a matter of pride, the story revolves around the prestigious Jockey title awarded to the winner.

The film kicks off with a powerful fight between Karthi’s goat Parmanu, establishing his dominance as a long-time champion. However, things take a dramatic turn when Ramar enters the arena with his goat Kaali. In a stunning moment, Kaali defeats ParmanU by breaking its horn, making Ramar the new Jockey of Madurai.

But victory sparks rivalry.

Karthi, unable to accept defeat, is consumed by anger and kills his own goat. Meanwhile, Ramar celebrates his success and gradually falls in love with Meenu, adding a soft romantic layer to the otherwise intense narrative.

The story soon shifts back to revenge.

Karthi returns with a new goat, Jaguar, and challenges Ramar with a risky bet—whoever loses must give up their goat. In a tense and emotional fight, Karthi cheats and wins, taking Kaali and nearly killing him.
